Privacy Policy
How this website handles your information. Plain language, no surprises.

This policy explains what fuegaux.com collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. It covers www.fuegaux.com, the preview pages at previews.fuegaux.com, and business outreach sent by Fuegaux.
It does not cover the apps we build. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its project page. That includes Social Season Club and the Kyoto Coffee Lounge app.
Who we are
Fuegaux is a one-person design studio in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, run by Jose Hiram Negrete. The site and the studio are operated by Fuegaux LLC, a Texas limited liability company. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@fuegaux.com.
The short version
- This site runs no analytics and no ads, and sets no cookies for visitors.
- If you use the contact form, your message is emailed to us so we can reply.
- We sometimes contact businesses one to one about website work. Every message makes it easy to say no.
- We don’t sell your data.
What we collect
Contact form. The form on our contact page asks for your name, email, what you need, a budget range and details about your project. When you send it, it’s emailed to us.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive your message and email address.
Business outreach data. To find businesses that might want a website, we use public business listings, such as Google Business Profiles and Google Maps. We keep the business name, category, city, and its public phone number, email and website if listed, along with notes on whether we contacted the business and how it replied.
Server logs. Like nearly every web host, our host records standard request logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They’re used for security and troubleshooting, not to profile you.
Images. Portfolio images on this site load from jsDelivr, a public content delivery network. Your browser’s request reaches jsDelivr in the normal way, including your IP address. We get no reports or analytics from jsDelivr.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and do any work you hire us for.
- To contact businesses that might want our services, and to respect their choice if they say no.
- To keep the site running and secure.
Business outreach
Fuegaux may send occasional one-to-one business outreach by email. Each email says who it’s from, includes our postal address, and tells you how to opt out. Reply “stop” or ask us not to contact you, and we won’t contact you again.
We have also sent a small number of one-to-one text messages to the public phone number on a business listing. Each one is typed and sent by hand, one at a time. Reply “stop”, or just tell us, and we won’t text you again.
We keep a do-not-contact list so that a business that opts out is not contacted again.
Preview pages
Pages on previews.fuegaux.com are sample websites we make for a specific business to show what a site could look like. They show only public business listing information, such as the business name and public phone number. They’re marked so search engines don’t index them, and they don’t load any third-party trackers. If you’re the business owner and want a preview taken down, email us and we’ll remove it.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies for visitors. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heat mapping and no third-party tracking script. WordPress sets a login cookie only for site administrators. Because we don’t track you, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.

Client project information
When we build a website or app for a client, we usually receive things like logos, photos, copy, business details and logins for hosting or a domain. That material belongs to the client. We use it only for the agreed work, we don’t share it outside the project without permission, and the client can change any login after handover.
Your choices and rights
- Stop outreach. Reply “stop” to any outreach message, or email us. We’ll add you to our do-not-contact list.
- Get a copy, correct or delete. Email privacy@fuegaux.com to ask what we hold about you, get a copy, or have it corrected or deleted. We’ll answer within 30 days. If we can’t do what you ask, we’ll tell you why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
- Preview removal. Email us and we’ll take down a preview of your business.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Contact form messages are sent to our inbox and handled there. We keep what we collect to what we need to reply and do the work.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
